PortugalIn general, the hotel staff were attentive and professional in their service. I particularly like to mention Jasmine at the reception and Nader at breakfast. It was the first time that a hotel had brought a basket of fruit to the room in the evening. The hotel is well located in a shopping centre and offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of food. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. For me, it was an excellent choice.

No pressure in water shower, no cottonbud, no greentea, remote was not working, fridge was making very loud sound. In the winter time no carpet on floor. This is 5 star hilton? Such bad service in a 5 star hotel? I stayed in hilton beacuse i always in hilton properties across the globe. I am shocked . The staff were exceptional and so very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is amazing with a huge amount of choice and offerings from different cultural backgrounds.
