The hotel itself was phenomenal, and the number of restaurants the hotel has inside was amazing! Chinese/Japanese, Mexican, Indian, Italian, and a few others. service was great as well! Would love to come back and stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was huge and clean and had a great view from our balcony of the Nile. It was my Birthday and Fatima gave us an upgrade to Lounge access which was so kind and appreciated. They also decorated the room and had a cake for me which was so special. The pool area was lovely. Many great eating options on site too. Also a beauty salon where I got my hair washed and a blow wave. We had an early morning flight and they provided breakfast boxes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

Really nice hotel with lot of space you can just walk around and its charming. Swimming pool was great with friendly staff, security was top you can feel really safe. People in restaurant was kind, they help you with any requirements you have, i was also happy with housekeeping service. Overall all staff service was nice to us, me and my wife enjoyed our stay. I recommend the Hotel 👍
