All the staff friendly and very helpful for all of our request or questions The concierge was wonderful and went out of his way to explain areas,purchase tickets and map our way on the tube. Restaurants suggestion great.

Breakfast was great, very minor point, we had to ask to have coffee, I would have expected someone to come and ask us straight away.

I booked for a single night, as I had a show to go to at the nearby O2 Dome. The location was the main selling point, as I wanted to be based out of London Bridge train station. The room was upgraded, as we used an American Express card for the security deposit. The room was extremely quiet, and I think I had the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I'll be staying here again if I travel for more shows.

The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly,it was very affordable even at the most busy time in london, the food was very good, and the service was very quick,the location was very good and near the bus and train station, in the heart of london,one of the best hotels I've been in, next time in London we will come back.
