It is definitely not a HILTON by Western standards but rooms are meticulously clean, staff friendly and helpful. Used it after arrival in Bali because making it to the the Gilis after 4 pm was not an option. Restaurant was B+.

We had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn - after landing in Bali late at night and heading to Nusa Lembongan the following morning, it was a great overnight stay that was conveniently located and comfortable. Our room was as expected, the buffet breakfast early the next morning was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

It was so close to the airport and we had a long transit. The facilities were excellent with a great pool and the restaurant food was great and extermely reasonably priced for a Hilton. The rooms were really good and well maintained.

We came in late night, as our booked place was not good in terms of facilities..
However, staff at Hilton treated us very well and they helped us to get booking at Hilton

Friendly and professional staff.
Bed is uncomfortable and rooms are outdated, not enough towels in the room ( no face towel or hand towels just two shower towels )
Buffet was terrible, flies all over the food, hair near the food poor variety and quality definitely not up to the Hilton standard very disappointing.
Location is great if you’re flying from Denpasar hotel a short 5 min drive

The location was the most important thing for us. Because we land at midnight, and our flight back was early in the morning. So, Hilton Garden Inn was perfect hotel to stay first and the last night in Bali. Breakfast was amazing.
