I’m an elderly woman who, while traveling alone, was stranded in Houston due to flight delays at Dallas causing me to miss my connection. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate at the last minute. The free transportation pickup at the airport and the return at 4:00 the next morning were (both times) a life saver. All employees were friendly and I felt safe. Thank you for such an excellent facility that met all my needs.
