Hilton Hotels in Knoxville

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It has always been a pleasurable experience except this time. Upon arrival we were told that there was no reservation for us. When I showed my confirmation from Booking. Com, the receptionist said “ oh you booked through them, that’s the problem. Our confirmation numbers are different than ours. It took about 15 minutes and we were given a room. In the past , they gave me my points because I am a Hilton Honors member but this time they didn’t offer to do that.

We did not have breakfast. This hotel is a testament to how good Hilton Hotels should be! We loved everything about it and wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, carpet clean, everything was great.

This was a nice place, but could use a few updates. We are used to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chattanooga which is much nicer and more updates than the Knoxville location, but the same price range I expected this location to be the same level as the Chattanooga location, but it was not.
