They are renovating this hotel, but it is being done in a way that does not cause any problems. Our room was so nice! It had a kitchen and a couch. It was so clean, and the staff was very nice. We didn't realize that it is now a Hilton brand. We were surprised that they had a complimentary breakfast which was nice. Great location for our trip home.

I made requests through booking.com that didn’t make it to the hotel front desk. They mentioned that they don’t have a support for booking.com requests in their system and didn’t see any requests I made in advance. I also didn’t get any call or message from the hotel. Usually I get a call when I reserve rooms at embassy suites.
