The location is perfect - private beach, short walk from Blue Waters and 10 min walk to metro for going downtown. The food in the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner with a different themed menu each day. Access to the executive lounge for guests in suites was a very welcome addition, particularly for complimentary afternoon tea, would definitely stay in the family suite again. We didn't avail of the free drinks in the executive lounge in the evening, but all that makes a suite very good value for money, especially if you are a family.

However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving after the official check-in time, the process was slow and unorganized, which left a poor first impression. We hope this area can be improved to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

Just a 15-minute drive from Al Mamzar Beach, Hilton Garden Inn Al Muraqabat is conveniently located in the heart of Deira. Room: always clean, the smell was pleasant, no noise Location: This was close to the red line and green line train station which was convenient. Breakfast: It was the best breakfast and very tasty. Amenities: the swimming and gym were always clean, the washing machine and dryer were always working well.
