Shuttle service went well once we figured out that we had to call and that we could not just look for the Hampton Inn shuttle as we were directed to do originally. We waited for the Hampton Inn shuttle that they supposedly shared and the driver said that they no longer did that. Then we called and they sent somebody for us. It added about 45 minutes to our wait at the airport and a bit of frustration.

Breakfast was good, the usual fare. The hotel was clean and comfortable. This particular Hampton Inn is known for it's waterslide, so the swimming area is always crowded with children. The pool itself is not very big so the area can and did become very loud.

Very comfortable, staff were great. Much better hotel than Hampton Inn and Suites which I stayed at as part of the Rocky Mountaineer trip. I was wishing I was back at Blue Horizon all night. A lovely part of Vancouver downtown also with a great choice of restaurants and shops .

I stay at Hamptons when traveling by car so I tried a city Hampton. It was perfectly fine. It’s what I generally receive at any Hampton. Clean room, nice facilities, great staff here in Vancouver.
