Search Hilton hotels in Niagara Falls and Wine Country

Beautiful room and home, gourmet breakfast was fabulous and backyard deck where we ate once was magical with the vines canopy and plants!

This was a relatively straight-forward and nice stay as a short holiday inside another holiday in Canada! We enjoyed the Niagara Falls and this Double Tree by Hilton hotel very much, especially the large spacious rooms, excellent view to the water falls, bath tub, etc. We didn't try the pool. I recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Niagara Falls!

This hotel must be a top choice for viewing Niagara Falls, we stayed on the 40th floor and had a great panoramic view of the falls! For a Hilton hotel, there's no doubt that the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast at the hotel is good too. So the best thing to recommend is that the view is very, very beautiful when you look out of the room's window, just take a look at my photos, all taken from the room's window.

Due to a technical problem, it was not possible to move into our room in the hotel. We were rebooked into a room at the Hilton Hotel, a few minutes' walk away. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot give a review about the hotel. But I can say that the service was very good. The rebooking worked perfectly. We got the same room at the Hilton as booked, with a view of Niagara Falls.

There was last minute maintenance issue in Oaks hotel. I received a call befroe two days and they said outr stay has been changed to Hilton Hotel to the same falls view and there is no extra amount we have to pay. I was little worried. But when I reached Hilton everything was taken care so good and also the Room which we got is on the best stay I have ever did. The view of the falls was from 42nd floor and also best view. No words to say! It was worth spending! My credits goes to both Oaks and Hilton.

The stuff very rude at reception not helpful at all and didn’t show any care about customer care,I never experienced such bad customer service in any other Hilton hotel or anywhere else in that matter,breakfast was awful and stuff seemed very careless,room didn’t get cleaned during our stay and we couldn’t even get proper shower as the water didn’t had any pressure,room very outdated and rundown basically you will get ripped off because they got location

Nothing they sent us to stay at the Hilton Hotel while we were checking in we ran into more unsatisfied customers that were sent from the Oakes hotel everything about what you see on their website is fake.

excellent service as before which is why we chose it again over our usual Hilton or Embassy Suites.
