It was ok … like any Hilton - no surprises there

Everything! I always love staying at Hampton Inn properties. This location did not disappoint. We walked in and the housekeeper was wiping down walls. I was so impressed by this, and assured the room would be as clean. And it was! The beds we’re comfortable and linens smelled of fresh laundry. Love the Neutrogena products in the bathroom as well. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

free car parking and breakfast. the best thing is that you can cook waffle yourself, that's amazing. friendly staff, they often ask you if you need help. love them btw, Canada Hampton is much better than USA Hampton.

The staff was great (all of them - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), the location was amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was really good and convenient. I'm also a pretty light sleeper so I was worried about having a room so close to the elevators, but I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Parking was also great. I don't normally stay at the Hilton chain of hotels, but a colleague recommended this hotel for staying in Watertown and I'm glad that I took her advice.

Was very poor. Stayed at several Hampton and Marriott, but here breakfast was very poor

Absolutely brand new place designed with a great care of client! Small but warm and cozy breakfast area and swimming pool. Salt water hot tub! A lot of details helping you feel personal care. Warm greeting, help with anything any time, smiles. Thank you for this relax with your Hampton family ;)
