A huge hotel, located minutes away from Beijing Airport Terminal 3. The fact that they offer 24/7 free shuttle bus is a huge win, as we arrived late in the night. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean. The room really had some luxury feeling to it, as it was well maintained. We were pleased to find a huge comfy bed. Also, the soundproofing was great, as we almost didn't hear any noise from the planes, even though we could see them from our window. Breakfast was good, with both western and Chinese options to choose from.

Everything except the location. But that’s not the fault of the hotel, Booking.com, as usual, located the property about a mile closer to the railway station then where the property actually was located. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Hilton is ALWAYS amazing everywhere you go. This had a great location, a Pizza hut and Starbucks downstairs. If you're into a quiet area, this is the spot you should go to! Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with, breakfast is SUPERB.

Being a member of Hilton Honours, we received a free upgrade to an incredible suite and free breakfast. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. We enjoyed the free airport shuttle bus service, which was very convenient, door to door service. The bathroom products were exceptional. We enjoyed having a lovely bath with a view after our long-haul flight from Australia. The food at breakfast was very delicious and super fresh! This was the perfect way to spend our layover.

Although possibly one of the oldest hotels in this part of Beijing, the Hilton continues its excellent record of service. All the staff are super helpful, and the rooms, recently renovated, are tasteful and very comfortable. Not as big a room as one might get at some newer places nearby, but perfectly usable. The view from the high floors facing the CBD arer amazing!

The hotel is Hilton standard as good as it can be in China. But what beyond my expectation is a staff name Aria, she helped me with the shuttle, check out and even sending me packages which is not even her job, and to be honest it's rare to find Chinese staff who is willing to help you like this. I'm so blessed and thankful with her help, my short stay at this hotel is better because of her. :)
