Very impressed with how the staff treated their guests. We had difficulties with booking high-speed trains to another city and the staff went out of their way to help us. We also travelled with an elderly and did not realise that Chongqing was a city with steep pathways. The hotel was happy to lend us a wheelchair from the hotel. The location was amazing and very close to the train station. Extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Chongqing.
