Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley is aantrekkelijk gelegen in het centrum van Chengdu, en biedt gratis WiFi, een terras en gratis privéparkeren. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Lots of choices for the breakfast. Nice room with lots of amenities that made the stay very pleasant. Close to the train station. Close to many restaurants.

Toilet comes with heated seat and bidet. Plugs came with direct USB B and C heads which was convenient. Location is great with many eateries, massage, salons around. Booked this for the close proximity to Chengdu Panda Research Base and Cheng Du Dong HSR station. Staff are nice

Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort ligt in Jiuzhaigou, op 10 km van de oude stad Jiafan en op 12 km van het natuurgebied Jiuzhaigou. U kunt van een maaltijd genieten in het eigen restaurant. The room was large with top quality facilities but some simple maintenance would help to create a better impression (squeaky hinges and sliding door runners, wardrobe doors in need of adjustment). The food was good but would have been even better if the plates weren't so cold. We were surprised that they didn't reply to our queries via Booking.com to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We called in the end and discovered that they would pick us up free of charge. It was lucky that we had a Chinese number and could speak the language, or we would never have known. It would have been quite difficult for non Chinese speakers to find out how to get to the hotel. Having said all this we really liked the hotel, the staff and the location and were very happy with our stay, so it's still a 10 out of 10! We would like to say a special thank you for the help and attention we were given by Andy Wu, Front Office Manager, who even lent us money when we needed some for a visit!

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The staff exceptionally helpful. The free waters helped a lot.
