The Hilton Zamalek Residences hotel is set on the picturesque island of Zamalek among the waters of the River Nile. This hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool adjacent to children heated pool overlooking the Nile River. Meeting facilities are also available. Thank you to al the staff of Hilton Zamalek and special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Shaltout, the Front Desk Assistant Manager who was great facilitating the check-in process and he was extremely helpful :) The room was immaculate and spacious, the breakfast was great and the location is so quite if compared to other areas of Caro. Cairo
Overlooking the Nile River and just a 5-minute walk from the Cairo Museum, the Ramses Hilton boasts an elevated pool terrace heated in the winter, an on-site casino and gym. Guest rooms feature balconies offering Nile or panoramic city views. The hotel was beautiful, the room was huge and clean and had a great view from our balcony of the Nile. It was my Birthday and Fatima gave us an upgrade to Lounge access which was so kind and appreciated. They also decorated the room and had a cake for me which was so special. The pool area was lovely. Many great eating options on site too. Also a beauty salon where I got my hair washed and a blow wave. We had an early morning flight and they provided breakfast boxes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

what's expected from a Hilton. Clean, reliable and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.
Room had a great view but bit of a mould smell at times. I expected more from a Hilton.
Value for money is the keyword here. Clean no frills rooms, and rhe most polite and helpful staff. The location in Islamic Cairo is fantastic for that authentic Egyptian atmosphere. You feel really welcome in this neighborhood. No touts trying to scam you out of your money, just genuinely welcoming curiosity.
Nothing really much. This hotel was probably included into Hilton network by great mistake
The rooms are old... old and cheap. Not worth the name "Hilton"
I only liked that I was finally in Cairo Egypt after 19 hour flight. I couldn't wait to check out. For the price it's absolutely awful. In America for $70 you get a pretty Nice Motel 6 with cleansing and organization. IN Egypt I got bad service. The only way to relax and chill is by sleeping at a Resort. Hilton or Marriott
Excellent last minute stay at HIlton, Heliopolis. Staff are lovely and the facilities are great. Bonus points for on site restaurants! The Lebanese was great for lunch. A shuttle service was available for the airport which was reliable. Rooms had everything you could need! The beds were super comfortable and we had a much needed good night's sleep before flying.
Best piramids view and the location was Very convinient. The Staff was trying to take care of the us and make our time pleasant. The owner was very generous. The Hotel is great and You feel very Safe in it. PS: The water pressure and the temperature are fantastic comparing to 5 star Hilton Hotel.
