He offered to upgrade us after we requested a high floor. The upgrade was totally worth it. Concierge Ms Oi then helped us with luggage and information. Both were cheerful, respectful and professional. We also enjoyed the staff in the executive lounge. We like to commend the executive lounge host Ms Wakaomi. When we visited the lounge , we saw Ms Wakaomi hard at work and yet took the time to ensure our comfort. Even Ms Wada from the in place cafe was very nice
