I liked the buffets - its perfect for a family with teenagers to have breakfast and dinner the same place. Much to choose both in the morning and in the evening. The staff were polite, smiling and service-minded, rooms were clean, everything worked very well.

I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time!
I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage. Thanks so much Hilton Odawara!

The best Hilton we stayed at!
24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good!

From the informative, friendly, and professional staff to the awesome rooms this is the hotel to stay at in Yokohama! I will be booking with the Hilton Yokohama again next time I visit Japan. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to two stations on foot.

Very close to the monorail for the Disney parks. The staff was amazing in accommodating us with an early room when my child wasn’t feeling well. I lost my phone at Disney and the staff assisted me exceptionally! I was able to retrieve my lost phone from the park services with out issue because the Hilton staff called and assisted me as a non-Japanese speaker. overall a great experience!

The breakfast was up to the Hilton standard, amazing as always. And the location is good to explore the local area with the monorail and two awesome malls nearby. And the view from the room made for a good sunset view. That's all you're paying for.

Location of the Hilton Tokyo hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, the heart of Tokyo's business, shopping and entertainment district, is very convenient. Hotel runs a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and Shinjuku station. Hotel offers excellent choices for the breakfast though limited options for the vegetarians, which can be improved. Staff of the hotel are very cooperative, friendly and helping.
