The Hilton hotel in Penang was very elegant. The staff were there from the start to help us with our luggage. We were even able to leave them on our last day in Kuala Lumpur, just before our departure. An efficient laundry service, available even at night. A royal and very complete breakfast.

I just love the ambience and the facilities that the hotel provides. DoubleTree by Hilton has always been my favourite place to stay. The room is clean, the staffs are friendly and welcoming and the food is superb!
