Great house, such lovely welcoming hosts. Fresh milk straight from the farm was a lovely touch, kids were delighted! Everything was clean and new. House had everything you could need for your stay, a home from home. Would recommend and would return. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely house, very comfortable beds. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Walking distance to armada hotel , but great food & coffee. Beautiful scenery right by the house and friendly cattle in the field next door !

The house was perfect for me and my family of 8 adults . Cosy , comfortable, loads of space ,3 bathroom/shower, great conservatory. Fully functional kitchen., big comfortable living room . Extremely comfortable beds . Gifts on arrival and loads of kitchen staples . Bathrooms were fully stocked with all the things you might forget .... absolutely fantastic place . We also would like to mention the lovely Lady who was messaging us , offered us early check in and late check out . Also easy check in and out . Thank you for a lovely stay

2 minutes drive from middle of Milltown Malbay, another 2-3 minutes from the beach in Spanish point and Lehinch maybe 10 minutes away. Brilliant house, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, ideal for families or couples, Noel is very accommodating and very informative about the house and area and offers a very warm welcome. Couldn't recommend it more to be honest, best house I've stayed in for a holiday in a long long time.

**** We arrived at this picturesque place near the sea and immediately felt at home. The communication with the hosts was very nice even before we arrived. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Didn’t get to stay. Despite pet friendly listing, on arrival, after 3 extra hours travel, was told that was not case (despite booking.com listing as such). Owner rang after we had left to offer accom with a friend of hers. Repeated to me in message following day that it was not listed as pet friendly. I sent a screenshot contradicting that statement.
