We loved all the small touches, interesting decorations with historical explanations on how the items were used. The property was spotless and super comfy.

Very nice place in an amazing part of Iceland. The host was very friendly and came to see if everything is OK. The place is magnificent and the house is fully equipped (fridge, oven, washing machine... exactly what we needed at half of our journey). You can prepare your own supper / breakfast and eat on the patio or inside with a view on the lake. We did the Diamond Circle from here and the ash volcano across the road 😉 Don't worry about the small flies... they are harmless and all over the Myvatn region... nothing to do with this very place . Highly recommended. Enjoy. 3D
