Despite the fact that the Villa is right next to the main road, I could easily sleep with the window open and the noise did not wake me up. I was very positively surprised. The Villa is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well-kept, both the bedroom and the common areas. A big plus for the extra comfortable mattress and pillows. The service in this place is very friendly and helpful, and contact with the owner of the property is very quick. I recommend it with all my heart, I haven't had such a good rest in a long time and I will be happy to come back here.

The host went above and beyond to greet us when we checked in and gave us a full tour of the place! He was very accomodating and ensured we would have everything we would need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and there was even a washing machine! All the beds were nice and clean for us and we were provided with more than enough towels for our stay. The location was decent, only about a 15 min walk to the center and about 20 minutes from the beach. There is also a Mercadona nearby which is very convenient.

Beautiful cave pool / garden - must be excellent during the really hot months. Kitchen well equipped. Perhaps missing a few basics like pepper. We were in need of a child feeding chair and they were so kind to bring us one.

Located within the Albufereta district in Alicante, Casita con encanto a 200m de la playa has air conditioning, a patio, and quiet street views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. Amazing place, close to the supermarket and the beach. Not very touristic, which is a plus to me. Train lines are super helpful to reach the center. Self check in was great too, comfortable. Perfect for two, also can work with 3-4. I would come back to this accomodation again.

It was right in the center of the old town, interesting experience to live in such an old stone house (like a cave), nicely decorated with the sense for detail and respect for history, fully equipped and heated.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. The house is centrally located, near a bakery, stores, bars, and restaurants. Everything in the house is modern and in excellent condition. The views from the rooftop terrace are awesome.
