Huge living room with large comfy couch and 80(?) inch TV for relaxation after long days of walking. Large, well-equipped kitchen. One large bed room and one enormous bed room. Usually large and comfortable beds. All beautifully decorated in a mix of classic and bohemian style. Stein Inn (very nice pub) and Loch Bay (Michelin star restaurant) in walking distance (but a bit of a walk; almost 4 km). The host is very responsive and friendly (not that we had any issues, but we had some questions before arriving).

We had just everything we needed. Having dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave- we felt nothing is missing.

It saved us that Karen left everything prepared. We arrived very late due to the fact that we were doing a roadtrip directly from Edimburgh with little stops, and the time was flying. We contacted Karen through booking itself, and she replied very quickly and very warmly, and she told us that it was okay, that she prepared the heating for us, and also placed some delicious muffins and scones, as well as milk and jam, which we tried at our arrival after arriving tired and hungry. We found the cabins without problems. We could park next to the cabin. The beds were very confortable and the shower it's great and very warm. Also the cabin is equipped with everything you might need to prepare yourself some meals. We bought some eggs (they sell them) and we prepared delicious omelettes with them. Also you can ask for breakfast which will be delivered the next morning to your cabin and Karen will leave it at the door, which is again, very convenient, and the prices are great. We deffinitely need to come back to see the ducklings grown up!

Shirley and Kevin were fantastic hosts and have managed to create a little corner of paradise in Harlosh. The pods are equipped with every comfort and offer a magnificent view of the bay. We had the chance to chat with them, and they shared several anecdotes and interesting facts about the area. It was truly a pleasure to spend time in such a beautiful place.

It gives the impression of an old, rural and secluded place while providing every modern comfort. We definitely recommend a stay there!

Great location to see surrounding area, staff was exceptionally helpful late in the evening as we tried to find our cottage and the cottage had everything we needed and more!
