It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and Francesca was very communicative and open to help with anything she can. The apartment is situated at about 20-25 mins from the Colosseum, depending how fast or slow you walk, the other attractions a obviously a bit further, but there is a metro station close that can help you get wherever you need to go when it comes to visiting.

The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

We had a great time in these apartments! They are fully consistent with the description, but no words can convey the atmosphere of unity with nature that you can experience while living there. Every day we were surrounded by the sounds of cicadas, the singing of birds and the chirping of grasshoppers. It was a great opportunity to watch the stars in the evening and at night while sitting by the fire! Special thanks to Mario and Julia for their hospitality! They are very polite and caring hosts!
