Holiday Inn Hotels in Birmingham

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express - myself and family stayed for 2 nights as a stop over on our UK trip. Wasn’t expecting much but was definitely surprised, hotel and rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff were great and more than helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast. Kids were very happy with the pancake machine, notable mention to Andy for showing the kids the pancake machine. Great location to the New Station Train Station and City Centre, around 10 min walk. Would definitely recommend.

Birmingham is a regular location for us to stay over the weekend that we visited. We have previously stayed in a Hilton Hotel but found the prices this year very high. The Holiday Inn Express was as comfortable and as well equipped as a Hilton and may become our hotel of choice.

Only our 2nd time in a Holiday Inn hotel. Great central location very close to New Street Station. The room was large and spacious for a city centre hotel. It had extras such as an iron, ironing board, safe, desk and phone and even a fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a good shower/bath combination. Cooked English Breakfast was good.

Paying the over inflated price due to going to a concert was annoying but we accepted it. The worst thing is switching off your aircon on a sweltering day. Providing a small oscillating fan in a room with no opening windows is disgusting. Ironically your other site the holiday inn express in Bicester their aircon didn’t work either. Stop saving money and ensure your customers rooms are bearable.

The team at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham was excellent. Each and every single team member my son and I interacted was so accomodating, understanding and welcoming. I can not fully put it into words but this meant so much to me, especially being the mother of an autistic child. My son absolutely loved every minute of his stay and the team played vital a role in this.

We have stayed before at the Holiday Inn Express so knew what to expect. We booked it for its proximity to the CBSO concert hall as we were attending a matinee. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and well equipped.
