Throughout our stay, from check in to checkout, all the staff were friendly and helpful, felt very welcome.
A particular mention to breakfast waitress Bex, very welcoming and friendly. Also the breakfast chef, who would ask, with a smile, every morning if we were happy with the food....
Room clean tidy and very comfortable, especially the beds.
Would be extremely hard to beat, I will be a regular visitor....

AustraliaGreat shower, gym small but very adequate, wifi fast, bed was broken on my husbands side so he didn’t sleep well at all, but my side was fine. But it was the only room they had left :( easy parking included for free. Breakfast was nice.

First time I ever booked a holiday inn. Tbh was very disappointed the staff, location was as expected, friendly staff .
But my rooms where way below expected, carpets where dirty due to being old not cleanliness . Mattresses where very poor, and the heat in the room was VERY bad as no air con fans where provided that just abt blew air very very disappointed. Did not get a good sleep and would never recommend another holiday inn express.

The holiday Inn was in a good place for walking into the city centre. There's no trouble trying to find a place to park as you can leave your car and walk everywhere.Also it was nice to have a meal and a glass of wine without the worry of driving.Also easy to get to see other places like Emmerdale woolpack pub.Its a pretty place to visit. Lots of nice shops in Bradford as well.

Holiday Inn Express Bradford was exactly what we needed for the night. We went to see a concert at the Piece Hall and all the hotels in Halifax were booked so we came to Bradford for the night and we were really pleased with the hotel and the ease on the train to/from Halifax. If we go to a show at the Piece Hall again we will use this hotel again.
The staff were all so friendly, helpful & accommodating

I aways try to stay at Holiday Inn Express but was acceptable but a bit disapointed with Holiday Inn Express Bradford mainly due to chaotic breafast. The room however was clean and comfortable.

After having a terrible experience at our previous hotel, this was a god send. Jodie the manager checked us in, The service was amazing, the stay was amazing, The location is just perfect. The Holiday Inn express is perfectly located. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bathrooms, just perfect.

On arrival the front of house staff very welcoming during my stay the staff was very helpful with it being holiday the hotel was very busy but the staff Jen Taz Jen Tia and Jay went that Extra mile to make my stay very pleasant the breakfast staff were very nice if it was not on show when asked it was provided well done Holiday Inn Express Bradford - IHG member very happy with my stay.. thank you all and wishing you all a happy new year 2023 .. Mr Glen Holness.
