Holiday Inn Hotels in Chester

This Holiday Inn Express is in a great location at a very reasonable price to walk around the amazing city of Chester. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. Room was clean and spacious. We requested ground floor. Hotel was busy but not noisy.

The breakfast is below what we'd experienced at our other Holiday Inn Express, but was definitely fine. The staff were all kind and helpful to the extent that they could be. The bed was sufficient

Everything exceeded expectations, location, easy walking distance to a fantastic variety of good quality shops, cafes and restaurants and historical sites. The Hotel Holiday Inn Express provided free car parking, excellent choice of hot AND cold free breakfasts and complementary drinks also as standard in the comfortable bedroom.

Stayed previously at Holiday Inn Express in Newcastle town centre. Delighted with all aspects of the stay, so booked with confidence the Holiday Inn Express at the Chester racecourse location. Happy to report everything on a par with the Newcastle stay. Location perfect, staff friendly, room and breakfast excellent.

Check in was good, very friendly, and gave us the directions to our room. Our room was spacious (It was an adapted room for a wheelchair user) and very clean and well appointed for our needs for a one night stay. Breakfast was a bonus as included in the price. We have stayed here before. The location near to the restaurants, and shops is perfect and with free parking on site even better. Breakfast more than catered for a great start to the day. Thank you Holiday Inn Express we will come again.

Every request we had was followed through. The service provided by the staff was fantastic. All staff we spoke to were polite and courteous. It is evident that staff take pride in their work, and that customer service is a key priority at this Holiday Inn Express. Really pleased with our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the facilities were excellent much more than the holiday inn express hotels I have stayed in previously.

Within 5 min walk into town with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, plenty to choose from. I am a frequent visitor to Chester to see family - this is my 2nd stay at The Holiday Inn Express and I will be happy to stay there each time.

I've stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels before, and as expected the venue at Chester Racecourse was clean and bright, a decent sized room, comfortable bed, good hot shower and good variety at the breakfast buffet . But what was most pleasantly unexpected was the lovely warm welcome and super helpful and friendly staff. Everyone we met was cheerful and pleasant, and just want to say Thank You as they made our stay
