We always stay at Holiday Inn Express London Luton Airport when we take a late flight to Luton as the hotel is very close to the airport. It is also very convenient for early travel to London by coach or train.
We like the atmosphere and the early breakfast.

When I got to the Luton Airport Holiday Inn hotel at around midnight after a late night flight from Cyprus I was told the hotel had overbooked and that despite having booked weeks ago through booking.com they did not have a room for me. Shocking. The man in reception said he would find another hotel nearby for me and that Holiday Inn would pay for it. I said I have already paid for a room here. I was extremely angry and upset, I was tired after a 4.5 hour flight and just wanted to rest.

I always come back with pleasure at Holiday Inn Express London and this time the receptionist managed to give me a room earlier than normal check in time as I was requesting prior as I was needed to rest before my next fight as I had a surgery and to get a room so early makes me feel good as I had a place to rest before the next fight, Thank you 😊

Hotel was close to airport and all travel needs! Absolutely lovely friendly staff 👍 lovely soft beds and so very clean also lovely hot breakfast! We we definitely be going back we enjoyed our stay immensely ! Well done holiday inn express

Consistent with holiday inn express standards. On airport so the price is higher than city centre, motorway Junction stays.
Left for an early flight, so could only access toast and drinks for breakfast.
Quick walk to the terminal.

The Holiday Inn Express Luton Airport was a decent stay overall. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was an okay experience, but more attention to maintenance and breakfast variety would enhance the stay.

Room clean, bed comfy enjoyed watching planes taking off & landing, nice having a bar to sit & relax, and the breakfast was really good. First time stayed in a Holiday Inn Express, will be using them again.
