We loved our stay in Holiday Inn Express. The location was great, the bus stop to centre was really close to hotel and there was Mcdonalds like 100 meters away. Also there was a little grocery shop nearby, which was also convenient. We love the staff, such a lovely people. The breakfast was okay, maybe we would add some vegetables, ham or cheese, but for the price it was totally fine. The room was clean, cozy, we don’t have anything bad to say about it. Definitely recommend!

Great, from moment you enter the hotel it was very clean, welcoming, staff very warm, holiday Inn express, has expressed it's self with everything, the grounds clean, it had everything.

I'm not a great fan of chain-hotels, but they have their place, such as at the end of a long, tiring journey on a very wet day! At times like this, the expected excellence at each Holiday Inn Express, in terms of friendly, efficient reception staff, the extremely well-thought-out, standard design and decoration of rooms, and overall comfort, are very welcome. Other chains and individual hotels could learn a lot!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by ultra friendly reception staff, to the fabulous delicious breakfast and helpful staff in the dining area, our stay could not be faulted! Super clean, spacious rooms, everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express.

Facilities were as described, clean towels and bedding daily, very comfortable pillows and an acceptable breakfast thrown in. Easily accessible, good central location, professional pleasant staff.
Overall I enjoyed my stay in Manchester at Holiday Inn Express Manchester City.

We tried to reschedule our dates due to I’ll health and got charged near enough the full amount.
We was stuck in a repetitive communication queue of booking.com saying if you to change dates, contact Holiday Inn Express then Holiday Inn Express says contact booking.com, these went on three times and 4 days later we’re still waiting for a reschedule date.
The night that we was suppose to stay has already passed and now we’re out of pocket, because their is a big problem between the two companies not communicating.

Breakfast was lovely as it normally is at the Holiday Inn Express Hotels. (I have visited many of them on my travels. I also liked the fact that there was a security guard on the doors as you come in but they are very lax in checking on whether you are actually a guest of the hotel or not. Anybody could just walk in really.
