The spacious balcony was absolutely awesome with comfortable seating and a fine view to the canal lock and surrroundings. Lovely! Stayed at the executive room, lots of space and table room, the armchair with the foot stool was a good touch for resting tired feet as well. Complimentary water, snacks, chocolate and Pepsi in the minibar.. Brollies for rent in the lobby was useful service. Wonderful 6 nights' stay. Will definitely return.

Customer service excellent. We were offered longer than we paid on parking (an extra half day) and the room was very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Freshly baked croissants each morning were delicious, and other variety were absolutely a perfect start to our mornings. Good location. Safe area, lots of shops and restaurants. Close enough to the metro station.

EVERYTHING! We absolutely loved it! Staff is veeery friendly, rooms were super clean same as the toilets, breakfast was amazing and the location too! The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and it takes you to city center in no time! Overall an amazing experience!
