Easy check in, staff excellent, rooms spotless, bed comfy, good choice of beer in the bar,breakfast ace . Easy location for an Alton Towers trip. Very impressed first stay in a Holiday Inn Express. Great value for money.

Nothing and will never return to another Holiday Inn hotel.

Pretty run of the mill Holiday Inn express.. but at £80 a night, I felt it was very expensive. Carpets in the room were very stained and the bathroom had areas that needed some TLC. Rubbish view but the hotel is on an industrial park next to the football stadium so couldn’t expect more. Breakfast was ok.. nothing to shout home about. Eggs were off the menu today which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable but bed base had some dodgy stains! Stoke overall was a horrible place and would never return!

Very happy , you take dogs . We have a daughter up there and it was only 2o mins away from her . We had a problem with the air con they moved us to another room no problem staff very helpful.. if any offers going please let's us now because we like the hotel first time with holiday Inn express ..

We've used Holiday inn express in various locations uk and always find staff very polite nothing to much trouble , cleanliness excellent overall good value for money for short stays.

It had the hallmarks of a good Holiday Inn hotel, with similar facilities and good breakfast.
