Well located, good value, very clean and well appointed room.
Good gym for a non spa type hotel.
Of note - Very helpful, friendly and engaging staff but not pushy or overfamiliar. Arranged reactivating my IHG card and also called very politely regarding weekly fire alarm test. Even housekeeping were engaging and smiley.
Good breakfast on second morning.

We booked the Holiday Inn Express for Aug 22-22 because of a family bereavement we changed the dates to October 5/6 had no confirmation but I rang and was told the booking had been changed after a lovely day out we arrived at the Inn only to be told there was no booking so with a 5 month old baby we had to drive 3 hours home so not impressed with Booking . Com at all need to know how to get my money back
