At first glance, based on the surrounding area, I wasn’t expecting much—but the moment we stepped inside the hotel, all my assumptions were left at the door. From the lobby to our rooms, it felt like stumbling into a lost oasis. Elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained, it completely redefined what I expected from a "4-star" stay. Having stayed in many luxury hotels, including several 5-star properties, I can confidently say this hotel deserves five stars and more. It’s not just about aesthetics—it’s the exceptional value, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the staff that truly stood out. A special shout-out to Nitesh, who greeted us each morning with the kind of care and professionalism that turns breakfast into a daily highlight. The service at the hotel was truly beyond words — absolutely outstanding. Special thanks also to the hotel's Front Office Manager, Mr. Akshat Agrawal, who helped my elderly mother more than we could have ever hoped for. Mr. Akshat Agrawal was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. He is truly a noble representative of hotel management with his exceptional professionalism! The hotel's location at Delhi Airport was also excellent — it allowed my mother to rest well during her layover and enjoy a meal without the strain of having to travel farther.
