good access from the location. evening staff was GREAT! .,the young man in the morning who was "busy" at the coffee bar....not so much. The room was spacious, and the furnishings were very comfortable, including the bed.

A perfectly functional hotel a couple of miles from downtown. The staff were most helpful, my room was fine and breakfast (a simple but adequate buffet) did the job well.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great! Walking distance to all major attractions (15 minutes to riverfront, 10 minutes to Canal street, and 12 minutes to Bourbon St). Breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes, cereals, coffee/tea, milk, juice, yogurt. Pool was clean.

I loved everything about this hotel! Especially the friendly staff. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so nice and helpful as this. I e also had very limited experiences where I have not one complaint. Hotel is in a perfect location. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. The fitness center is up to par. The staff assists with directions, recommendations. You can’t ask for more. They really go the extra mile.
