The rooms are functional, with good amenities and not cramped thanks to the layout. The onsen was especially good - all the little amenities you could wish for, a small sauna, clean and serene. Smooth check-in/checkout. Didn't try the free noodle snack, but it looked good (and typically is at this chain). Reasonably close to the station.
first of all - very good location, on foot about 10 minutes from the central Hiroshima station, tram stop just aroud the corner, the same with main chain shops. Secondly - very good contact with the host, responding fast via booking chat. Openess and understanding - we could both leave our luggage before check in - and then - we were informed that we coulf check in earlier. Clean, one room flat, rather small but we manage in 3 persons. recommended
- near train, friendly staff, & budget-friendly.
Very close to the station. The place looks newly furnished and well-maintained. The room we stayed felt larger than the picture suggested, rather generously sized. The staff we met at the front desk were friendly. There is a chain Izakaya restaurant on the left when you exit the hotel, which I recommend if you want to try Izakaya but barely speak Japanese. They had English menus and we managed with (polite) hand gestures. (It also happened that there was a staff who spoke a bit of English and took great care of us).
The rooms in this hotel are slightly larger than normal Japanese business hotels, which is refreshing. The facilities were very clean and it is only a couple steps away from the Shinkansen station.
The usual high standard, yet budget cost, of Toyoko Inn hotels
This is the second Knot hotel we stayed in this trip (after Shinjuku) and they're both great. Love this hotel chain and would happily stay again. Our room was on the 13th floor with views over looking the peace park. It's a lovely quiet, clean, large hotel room and the rooftop bar was very nice with good cocktails.
Budget hotel. Comfy bed. Decent location.
Well located, good parking, good business hotel.
