We were alone in the a apartment which was nice. Also the sheets didn’t smell bad like the other guests said. There was a fan in the room so we didn’t melt haha

I felt right at home at Room 55. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Communication with the owner and check-in experience were great. The communal kitchen is stocked generously with tea, coffee, various milks, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. This really made a difference. Thank you. The U-Bahn is a 5 minute walk away and you are only 2 stops from Karlsplatz. It's a great location.
