The location was perfect if you like being off the beaten track. The views are amazing! The host was very attentive and waited for us even when we were later arriving than we said. The kitchenette and walk in shower were ideal and the bed was so comfortable I had the best night's sleep in weeks. The garden with covered balcony is enclosed, which was useful for our dog. The location is close to Baba Vanga garden and chapel, the hot springs and archealogical site

The room was clean and cozy, and it wasn’t too far from the market in Sandanski. The team at “ВАИС” was very professional and friendly! I had originally booked a studio but didn’t specify anything about the view in my request. They kindly offered me another room with the view I wanted — such a nice gesture! Oh, and their bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, and others) were so cute and of great quality!

The new Keremidchieva Kushta Guest House is located in the centre of Sandanski. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies, free WiFi and free parking.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was incredibly cozy, clean, and full of charm. It’s a beautifully authentic place with so much character, and we immediately felt at home. The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The host and her son were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated their warmth and hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it’s a gem, and we would gladly come back again!

Top notch! The lady (who doesn't speak a word of English) was waiting for us outside the guesthouse. The place is calm, very tidy and offers good Wi-Fi connectivity. The room is not big, however cozy enough to enjoy your stay. There are a few parking spots in front of the house.

I loved the vibe and the attitude of the hosts. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is freshly cooked for the guests when they come for breakfast. I Loved that. I see too much food getting wasted in the hotels because it has prepared and not eaten. The nights are very quiet, I woke up early and there was no sound, even the birds were not awake yet. Tranquillity.
