The apartment is furnished succinctly and with great taste. The apartment has everything you could think of, as if the owner lived there himself. There are all kinds of dishes, coffee, tea, all the necessary cleaning and washing products. Everything is super clean. All information on using the apartment is given. The owner responds immediately and very kindly. The room has a wonderful comfortable bed and good linen. We took advantage of the balcony, which was nice to have breakfast on because the street is very quiet.

I arrived at the accommodation around 1:00 AM after driving almost 7 hours from Ontario to Quebec in bad weather. I was exhausted and confused about where to park my car, so I sent a message through Booking.com. To my surprise, I received a reply within seconds! At that moment, it honestly felt amazing. After such a long and tiring drive, getting a fast and helpful response meant a lot to me. I really appreciate the quick communication and great support, especially at such a late hour. We had at a great experience at the Gite du Survenant. The location is quite convenient, just a few minute walk from the metro, and close to some of the major attractions (Botanic Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium...) . It's also close to a lovely little market (Marché Maisonneuve) where we bought amazing local food. The hosts were helpful and flexible, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Overall very happy with the place, highly recommended.

the best part of this place is 1. Nice little Room with pretty furnitures(especially Bamboo Light), 2. Everything is clean 3. people who stayed here at same time with me were so quiet and no noise at all at night 4. there is super-market in front and its open till 10PM. 5. Marché Jean-Talon is only 5min away and you can cock whatever you want.
