Absolutely lovely place. Perfectly in the middle of the old street with access to all the local area and the best local architecture and food and attractions. The staff were lovely and there’s a really cute dog. Rooms were big and comfortable and warm. There’s a washing machine and dryer. Just a really great place.

The perfect start to our China trip – exceptional personal service We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our China adventure than staying at Yangshuo Village Inn Boutique Hotel. Everything about our stay was simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went out of their way to help us – from planning our days to booking tickets and giving us great local tips. You could really feel that they cared about making our experience as good as possible. One morning we had an early excursion, and even though breakfast wasn’t officially served that early, they still arranged something for us. That kind of thoughtfulness really made an impression. The hotel also has its own restaurant serving both traditional Chinese cuisine and Western dishes. After a long day of exploring, it was perfect to come back and enjoy a delicious meal just steps from our room. This place is ideal for anyone who loves the countryside and wants to be close to nature. It’s set in a peaceful, local village environment, surrounded by mountains and rice fields – a dream for anyone looking for something more authentic. The view of Moon Hill from our room was absolutely spectacular – we didn’t even need to line up with other tourists to get the perfect photo. We could enjoy it in peace right from our bed! The location is excellent, the surroundings are calming, and the people in China were among the most welcoming we’ve ever met. This hotel truly set the tone for the rest of our trip – we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Yangshuo. A true gem that we wholeheartedly recommend! The taxi driver/guide was also amazing.

The hotel is right by the Li River and very quiet. The service of the hotel is very considerate. What surprised me was that all of them could speak English, which is quite rare in hotels in China. This made our trip in Yangshuo very easy. They solved all our travel problems for us.

Great host, Kate, helpful, responsive n flexible with our requirements, assisted transport arrangements, recommended places to visit, restaurants to eat, massage...etc etc Spacious clean room wz a lovely swing, comfortable bed Location, scenic, quiet, Easy access to water taxi, RMB3, 2mins boat ride to cross to the city Will sure return to stay when in Yangshou Keep up the great work to Kate n team💪💪💪

By climbers, for climbers! Lily is a great host - she'll sort you out with transport and climbing related stuff (beta, rentals, guiding). Will definitely be back! It was a great place to meet climbing partners and rooms had all the basics covered.
