More than satisfied with my one week stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Wifi was strong though the thick walls in the old house weakened it. I was still able to work without problem. Fantastic location as near the intersection where the best restaurants and cafes emenate from in San Gil and only a block away from the main square.

This is a little gem in the center of San Gil but just far enough to find some peace and silence. From the moment we made the booking Lorena was present on whatapp helping us out with all the questions we had. When we arrived after a long day of traveling we enter in an oasis of hospitality. Nothing was too much! They even went to the supermarket to get me a cold beer!! Our room was cozy and silent. And the communal space full of plants and seats and hammocks and it’s great place to chat with the other guests and to share experiences. Morning, afternoon, evening… Lorena was always present to make bookings for us and to help us make the most of our days. Went we left after 5 days she even got up at 5u to wave us out. It truly felt like we have spend time with a friend. Truly a little gem!! (Upstairs they have a place where you can dry your clothes after water activities.)

Beautiful finca, lovely staff that helped us organise activities and good breakfast. All at a very reasonable price! The owner also helped us with our baggage on the last day of our stay while we went paragliding.

Everything was simply a blessing in this hostel. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge and so comfortable. The ambient of the whole house is cheerful and colourful. The lady who works there prepares delicious breakfasts and cleans everything spotlessly. Definitely one of the best places to stay in San Gil. 5 minutes walk from the centre. One can do so many things in this area. The owner helps you with booking different activities via Whatsapp. Thank you for this beautiful stay.

The location was perfect. The price is outstanding. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two hostels (affiliated) were both well maintained and one of them had a nice pool and rooftop area. Between the two there is plenty of space to relax. There was always a spare bathroom, all of which were a great size. Tours and activities can be booked from the hostel, making it really easy. There were not a lot of people at this hostel when I was there so it felt very homely, I’m not sure how this would change if every bed was taken. Very affordable laundry options available. Overall, potentially the best hostel I’ve stayed at on my South America trip.

The hostel is amazing! It has a really relaxed vibe, everything is always clean, and the girls who run it are absolutely the best. They know the area really well, so you can always ask them for recommendations on things to do. The location is perfect, the internet works great, and overall, I would definitely recommend this place — it’s a 10 out of 10!

Pleasant hostel certainly not for party animals. Very good wifi though depends on the room as the walls are thick and not as strong when away from the router. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very quiet though the ones facing the main street are a bit loud. Hot water. Close to the mall and then a ten minute walk at the most to the main square. Be warned! The road acts as the highway through town and a lot of traffic and trucks use it. Play it safe and use the pedestrian walk over the road and river connected to the mall when traversing to and from town. Very clean as is the norm in Colombia. Breakfast was very good at a reasonable price.
