We arrived late for check-in on the first day and he still waited for us so we could get in. The room was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and we fell in love with the sound system. The position is quite strategic, since out of the RER station you simply need 10/15' walking. On top the owners are both very kind; in my case for instance I had to do a late check in and there was any issue. On top the bed was comfortable and the room very clean, so overall I suggest this place. The breakfast itself was not included into the offer, but there was a boiler with some tea bags, snacks, sugar, a bottle of water etc.. so at the end I was able to eat something before leaving.
