The host was very friendly and welcoming. The studio is equipped with everything you need. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the Louvre (2 minutes), a 5-minute walk to the Seine, Notre-Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle. You can walk to everything! There are restaurants, cafés, and bars right downstairs. For this location, the price is incredibly affordable. I highly recommend it!

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

Accomodation is at a really good location near the Eiffel Tower and also affordable. Our host and his friend that greeted us were both super nice people and we had some great conversations with them. Definitely would recommend to choose to stay here when going to Paris.
