Everything here was perfect - wonderful hosts with great attention to detail. The breakfast room was so beautiful and each of the rooms were made so homely. The free roadside parking was good as well, being towards the end of the promenade it was easier to find parking than in a more central location.

We had a lovely stay at Y Chapel. The room was spotless, well decorated and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the tea and biscuits. We also chose to dine at Erskine arms and it was the best meal we had during our 8 days trip in UK. Way finest than the others. There was a friendly, cosy atmosphere we particularly enjoyed. Everything, attention to detail was fantastic. Teresa & Rhein were exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble, next time I'm in Llandudno will. Excellent location. The only thing stopping me from staying at Min y Don again will be because they have no availability. 11 out of 10!

This property is a lovely home converted to a wonderful hotel. It has a great location overlooking the whole of Llandudno featuring the promenade. We were able to walk anywhere from this spot. We were very grateful to find it as our previously booked accommodation was unavailable at the last moment. Johnathan and Valerie were so gracious, inviting and kind to us. They instantly recognized the stress of our dilemma and assisted us to settle into their hotel and town. It was a safe and welcoming landing. Our room was very comfortable and a welcome retreat after a long day of travel. Breakfast in the dining room was just lovely overlooking the garden in the bright warm sunshine. Jonathan had lots of suggestions of what to see and do and as we are walkers chose to walk the Great Orme for the day. He had suggested this and pointed out many sites to look in on as we were walking. We were just able to spot the Isle of Man over the Irish Sea in the bright sun! Thank you so much Valerie for our travel conversation. You have inspired me to look into all the areas we talked about. Thank you so much for your kind assistance on the phone. I am not sure how else we could have resolved our issue. Bron Orme is a welcoming lovely hotel.
