Caroline and Kevin were very welcoming and attentive. The guest house and amenities were immaculate. A great breakfast was also provided to order, which set us up nicely for an active day of biking.

My wife and I stayed at Borthwnog Hall as part of our drive from Bath, around Wales, and to Oxford. It can be thought of as an adjunct to a country home, located in a beautiful site overlooking an estuary. Our room boasted a balcony, and the view was great. Housekeeping was excellent, the staff was helpful, breakfast was fine and parking was free. This is not, it should be said, a place to stay if you want to be able to walk to bars, clubs and restaurants. It's a country venue, after all. But there's a good pub/restaurant visible and accessible by bridge a short drive away, and the nice beach town of Barmouth isn't far.

We spent a night in this lovely place during our cycling trip along the Lon las Cymru way. This B&B is an absolute gem! Our room was tastefully decorated, clean, and provided all the comforts one could ask for. The hospitality offered by the hosts was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and made to feel right at home. The breakfast menu featured a variety of options, and the breakfast was soo delicious. Overall, Ivy House B&B exceeded my expectations in every way.

The cottages are delightful, comfortable, well designed , with great amenities and stunning views. I really haven’t got a bad word to say about this accomodation, for the price it was unbeatable and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to visit the area.

Perfect location for visiting the Mach Loop. All the staff were kind & professional at all times. Glyn greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived & gave us information when asked advice. Nice guy!! Couldn't fault anything & the food was lovely & great value for money. Will definitely be returning. Beautiful surroundings
