You won't find a better hotel at this price point. The area is lovely and the view from the terrace is the best in town. The owner is absolutely determined to make this work and puts in a huge effort. My daughter left her toy here and he posted it back to us, which was extremely kind. In future, I would go for one of the king rooms as the double rooms are standard doubles.

The host was very helpful and generous, made us feel so welcomed. The property has a homely feel and very well equipped with extras like pocket tissue papers, instant oats, biscuits, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Even the toilet paper was of high quality. Location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and the pier. The parking was also so convenient, right in front of the property.

Nice quiet location close to Peasholm Park, 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is limited but available.
