This was a gem of a property!!!!! I would rate it 5 Stars. The room was beautiful, very English country style with the most comfortable bed. The en-suite came with a bath which was a real pleasant surprise. The real treat were the hosts, Andy and Tanya, prior to my stay I had lots of communication with them. I was doing an ultra bike race so I was just going to get there, sleep a few hours and leave in the early hours. Andy and Tanya made me a cook to order breakfast when I arrived at 7.30pm and made me a takeaway ham sandwich with a few treats for my journey onwards, which I really needed as there’s not many shops open where my race route was taking me at that hour in the morning. The next time I return, it will be a more leisurely stay to really enjoy this quintessential Country House.

Only stayed for one night, would have loved to stay longer. Very authentic and well functioning room and interior, beautiful garden and lovely couple. Exquisite breakfast.

Due to challenging traffic, we arrived 5 hours late, but at 2.30 am the host was still waiting for us. She showed us to our nice and clear room and the next morning served us a great English breakfast. The house and room were clean, breakfast was excellent, and host extremely hospitable. When we had a small problem with dinner, she helped us to get some nice food as well.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated St Vincent Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowable about the old building and area. Food was home cooked and presented well. Very good value for. Would highly recommend a stay. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well presented with complementary beverages and health products.

Very nice B&B with friendly staff. I stayed here while I was accommodation hunting after starting a new job and the staff were happy to work around my schedule for room cleanings (I get up early on weekdays so asked them to only clean when I was away so I could have a lie in on weekends). I was particularly fond of the garden access to the rooms; great for getting out early in the morning without bothering anyone and for getting food delivered on nights the restaurant wasn't open. Overall I'd highly recommend it both for a holiday getaway and for Hinkley staff that want somewhere close for a temporary stay.

Really nice and comfy hotel. Very traditional. Great restaurant with good food. Dog friendly, nice rooms and a beautiful area around the hotel. Quite some lovely walks which we really loved. And very helpful working staff!

What a brilliant stay in a brilliant little town. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and breakfast was lovely. I ended up staying across the road in their sister location the Rising Sun, because they didn't want to make me walk all the way there and back, so sweet that they were so thoughtful, even though I wouldnt have minded! A building from the 1300s, what an experience!
