Lovely place with lovely people. Liam (who's a viking, BTW) was the best host I've ever had at an accommodation, he went out of his way to help me with everything. He not only recommended the best bar but also gave me a lift. I could not recommend this place enough!

It was wonderful and I was very impressed. Although they said they didn't provide breakfast, they had food like the ones in the picture ready for us to use. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels provided. The owner was also friendly and very kind. I'll definitely use them again next time.

Beautifully decorated room and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable and warm. The complimentary coffee/tea and breakfast things were brilliant and much appreciated. Dawn was a lovely host, welcoming and kind. Highly recommended.

Lauren (the owner) is extremely amicable, approachable and goes out of her way to cater for your needs. We even received home made pain au chocolat pastries on arrival and old style fresh bottled milk and water in the on site fridge. The property is beautiful and has stunning views, especially if you have a passion for horses, as there's a small equestrian centre on site. It's a perfect location, tranquil and set in lovely countryside so if you have dogs (the property is pet friendly) it's great for walks. We will definitely be returning.

Fran was an excellent host. During many conversations she also had good recommendations for nearby pubs and local walks. The bed was just right and plenty of drawer space, and the location was ideal for my activities. Local bus stops and Sainsbury store were directly across the street.

Couldn't have been happier with this booking. Always a risk booking B&Bs in Blackpool as there are so many but we were so happy with the room, cleanliness, breakfast. The owners were so accommodating at breakfast. Breakfast is made to order and they can accommodate all options. We will definitely book again here and we are so happy we have found it.
