The apartment was very clean, and all essential was there. Location was perfect! Not even 10 min from centre. From the apartment we had beautiful view on the sea! The owners was really helpful:) if you need there is an option to book their car park with nice price. Really recommend this place !!!

Great room with everything you could need and perfect location right in the very centre of St. Ives. The host came to greet us and gave us lots of wonderful recommendations. Parking is tricky in St. Ives, but we managed to find a space in the car park suggested by Ken. We had a great time, thanks again.

The property was in a perfect location just a stride away from the town and beach , it was very clean and comfortable, the proprietors were most welcoming , offering us lots of information on restaurants and things to do in st Ives , we gave had a lovely stay and would highly recommended the Grey Mullet

Location was perfect being only minutes away from the harbour and a variety of restaurants, eateries and attractions. Our host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; recommending a plethora of breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as attractions to see.
