Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

I stayed at all three branches (Harilela, Burlington, and Haiphon). Harilela and Burlington were absolutely fantastic. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed. There was a fridge and hot water inside the room, and a microwave in the common area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. The Haipon branch was not as good though; a little bit more noise from other guests and the bathroom not as good. It was still good though, just not as good as the other two branches.

First things first, DO NOT be put off by the fact you make your way up lifts and then onto corridor floors leading to their many guest rooms located on different floors, as once you arrive and enter the hallway of your guest rooms, you'll be amazed at what you see and feel compared to other guest rooms offered by other cheap, cunning and manky rooms compared to (Sleep Inn). This block has easy access to amenities, plenty of food places, easy access to laundry facilities, management and staff are amazing and always available at the touch of a bell ring or phone call directly from the room, rooms are serviced daily, hallways are cleansed/sanitised thoroughly on a daily basis and AIR CON works like a gem along with hot and cold water shower in wet room without fail. faultless for our second stay here within a whole week split between check-in and check-out due to visiting another country. Hats off to Sleep Inn, keep up this brilliant service, and I'm sure my honest review will encourage newcomers afar and previous guests to use and continue using Sleep Inn. Oh, and the fact that this establishment is only rated as a 1 star stay, despite such good reviews and excellent service and 99% free from those typical insects you see floating around!
