This accomodation has outstanding equipment. It’s super clean and comfy. The location is near the Kolovare beach as well as the old city center of Zadar. I even met the owner of this studio and she was sweet and helpful. Slefcheck-in was easy, sou get every information you possibly need. I would definitely recomment staying here

On behalf of my daughter "My stay at Estium Heritage Rooms was great. Marina was the perfect host and very welcoming and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book again if I return to Zadar!"

Location is great just a 10min walk to the bridge crossing into the old town. In a quiet area. Check in is was super easy. Room was very clean, with complimentary water and snacks, which were appreciated after a long drive. Bed was really comfortable. Great bathroom facilities. Spacious enough room.
