I can’t say enough good things about this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the owner genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. The room was absolutely spotless—without a doubt, the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Every corner was pristine, and the fresh, crisp linens made it feel like a luxury retreat. It’s clear that cleanliness and comfort are a top priority here. Beyond that, the property itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that make it stand out. Whether it’s the cozy atmosphere, the top-notch amenities, or the personalized service, this place exceeded all expectations. Rama and his family were such wonderful hosts! I appreciated how big and clean the space was, especially the bathroom, which was huge! The location was quiet and convenient, and I could also order breakfast (at additional cost) early in the morning before my dives, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous, well kept garden and hut. Everything about the hut and facilities are perfect. Family run and super attentive, I was even gifted fruit from the garden ( mangos and bananas). I was there for diving and the facility was close by and near the beach. Also yards from restaurants, grocery store and bottle shop.

Great value for money. Helly's is the perfect location - it's a few minutes on a less developed road to get to the location, but less than 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants/beach clubs. Being on the inner road also means there's less noise compared to the other hotels. Comfortable and clean room. Helly is an amazing host and local from lembongan. My husband was sick and he helped us get medicine. He also helped us arranged bikes and the snorkeling tour and made sure we had a great time. Recommend to reach out to Helly before booking a boat to/from lembogan , he can help guide on which fast boat company and transport option is best.

I loved being right on the water! Agus picked me up from the yellow bridge and put a rain poncho on me so I stayed dry. He showed me all of the best spots to visit after helping me put my bags away and getting me water. So kind! The breakfast was lovely and the room was very comfortable. No complaints!

The garden and pool are beautiful. The room was great. Bed very comfortable. Far enough away to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to have easy access to locations. They had motorbikes for rent, which made it very easy. Very good and helpful staff. Will return and stay here again!

Gatri Hut is really, really peaceful and it's a VERY BEAUTIFUL place to stay! The owner, Iluh, went above and beyond to help me and to make my stay a good one. She picked me up from my ferry and even figured out where to get me even though I didn't arrive at the port where I was supposed to arrive. Thank you, Iluh!🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿 The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was great, especially the 🍌 pancakes. Although this was a bit of a splurge for me-(I was on a small budget for my Indonesian journey, so this was on the higher end for me)-I REALLY enjoyed my stay here. It was DEFINITELY worth it for a couple nights! I was lucky enough to stay in some really beautiful places on my Indonesian trip this time, but Iluh really impressed me. She really knows what her guests want and she does everything she can to make them happy. THAT'S what makes a guesthouse special. She knows how to run a very organized, very clean, very beautiful and peaceful place, and that's why the reviews are so good. Iluh exceeds people's expectations. I wasn't so excited about Nusa Lembongon to be honest, but I would consider coming back just to stay here again. Fantastic place Iluh! Great job! Thank you!!!💕
